8-10 hour private Jizera Mountains biathlon day with roller skis, shooting, lunch and race
Experience a summer version of biathlon during a full-day private team-building programme in the Jizera Mountains.
Your driver collects the group from your Prague accommodation and takes you to the mountain venue, where experienced instructors introduce the two core disciplines: roller skiing and small-bore rifle shooting.
The morning begins with an introduction to roller-skiing techniques and preparatory exercises designed to help participants become comfortable with the equipment.
The instructors then provide a safety briefing and explain the correct handling and use of the firearms before the shooting programme begins.
After the morning training, enjoy the included lunch before continuing with shooting exercises and a complete biathlon training session.
The day finishes with a final team competition allowing participants to use the skills developed during the training programme.
All required biathlon equipment, instructor support and water are included. Participants should bring suitable sportswear.
