Gothic underground & caves in South of Bohemia

Chýnov Cave was discovered in 1863 when working in a quarry. In 1868 the caves became the first tourist cave in the Czech Republic.

The biggest decoration of this cave is not stalactites, but colorful walls and ceilings of various shapes.

You will visit also gothic underground and you will walk under the city.

Tour Description

A professional guide picks up you in front of your accommodation and takes you to the caves (about 1 hour from Prague) by car. There 2 hours walking tour in the caves will wait for you. You will visit also the Gothic city Tábor, where you visit gothic underground. You will have some time to meet the city and after we will return back to Prague.
